How to submit a support request without logging in
We always recommend logging in to the support portal before looking for help articles or reporting an issue. However, in the event that you cannot log in, it is possible to submit a support ticket without doing so. Here's a step-by-step guide to submitting a support request without first logging in.
Step 1: Access the Arquar Support Portal
Step 2: Click the 'Report an issue' card
- Click on the 'Report an issue' card in order to access the support ticket form.
Step 3: Fill in the form with details of your request
- Give us an email address where we can reach you, and then provide a subject (a title for your request) and a description of how we can assist you.
